Refund Policy

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

All downloadable sales, including drill, music, rehearsal tracks and choreography are final.  Customized drill may not be or canceled once work has begun.  

Shipped, hard copy products including music and DVDs and CDs with the original shrink-wrap seal intact may be returned for store credit minus shipping costs, with prior authorization within thirty (30) days of sale.   The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any and all returned items must be returned in the same condition they were sent or appropriate charges will be assessed.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED WITH A FEDEX OR UPS TRACKING NUMBER.

Claims of shortage, defects and non-conforming materials must be made by BUYER WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS of receipt of goods. No claims after the expiration of such period will be entertained or allowed. Buyer agrees to hold goods in question until further notice from Creative Solutions.

FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS, PLEASE NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY as they are responsible. DVDs and/or CDs found to be defective (i.e. no picture, no sound, no data) must be returned immediately. In this case, a replacement will be sent at no charge. (Expedited shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser). If the defective media is not returned to Creative Solutions within thirty (30) days, an additional charge will be assessed for the duplicate media. Broken or damaged media upon arrival is the responsibility of the carrier and not Creative Solutions and are nonreturnable.
